We are visionary and humble. We want to challenge ourselves and the market and bring efficiency and simplicity to educators, schools, and nurseries.
What, how, and why it matters
What we do
In 2015, our co-founders launched Humly in Gothenburg, Sweden. But before the C-Suite, they were college students and supply teachers, experiencing all the problems supply educators face: last-minute work calls, calls that don’t come, no career power or say.
So, they did something about it. They built Humly.
How we do it
We developed the most downloaded supply education app in the UK and Sweden, creating a digital marketplace that empowers educators and instantly connects them with opportunities from schools and nurseries.
And we recruit the most talented teachers and nursery nurses to use it.
Why it matters
Giving complete career control to supply educators empowers them. They choose when, where, and how much they work on their terms. And by empowering educators, we help prevent them from leaving the profession altogether.
Which is vital, since by 2030, up to 69 million classrooms worldwide won't have a teacher.
