3. Can you describe what you do day-to-day?
Collaborating with our marketing team to attract great people into our Humly app, brand and community.Responsible for overseeing Indeed, I analyse modifications to enhance advertisements, aiming to attract a greater number of high-quality applications.Organising and in communication with different teams for a seamless and efficient progress of projects.
4. What’s the most challenging part of your job, and how do you usually challenge it?
Pleasing everyone, I don’t 🙁
5. From your experiences as Marketing Coordinator at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role?
Effective collaboration and communication are essential for connecting with our teams and syncing as a cohesive group, for the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key to our success is organisation, which keeps us on the right path and prevents oversight or loss during our growth journey. Adaptability is crucial as we undergo changes, allowing us to achieve optimal results by adjusting our course as needed for the most effective and efficient outcomes.
6. What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of
Developing workflows to help streamline processes.
7. What do you do outside of work to unwind?
Play football, go to at least two festivals a year, general gigs and watch the world's greatest Aston Villa work their magic.
8. Where is your favourite travel destination?
Bogota, Colombia
9. Tell us something interesting about yourself.
Alongside this role, I run marketing and events for a music venue in Kidderminster, because apparently I LOVE work.
