Willow - Talent Success Manager, Humly South

How long have you worked for Humly? 
I worked for Simply Supply as a nursery nurse from July 2019 until I started as a compliance administrator with Simply in August 2021. And I have been a Talent Success Manager with Humly from September 2022 until present.

What’s the most challenging part of your job and how do you usually tackle it? 
Clearing candidates for work as swiftly as possible and I tackle it by guiding them through the recruitment process smoothly.

From your experiences as TS at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role? 
Being proactive and hardworking.

What's one professional Achievement you're most proud of? 
Successfully balancing work as an administrator at Simply Supply (now Humly) in my final year at University, whilst completing my studies.

What do you do outside work to unwind? 
I love spending time with my family & friends. And in particular I enjoy going out to restaurants and going on holidays.

Where is your favourite travel destination? 
I love Cyprus and Crete, I think they're both beautiful destinations.

Tell us something interesting about yourself? 
I thoroughly enjoyed completing my dissertation which was an empirical investigation on the role that social media and music play in supporting the construction and maintenance of UK youth gangs. I interviewed numerous former gang members and rappers with involvement in gangs.
