What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of? 
Honestly, working in retail for 13 years, in general, is an achievement - COVID-19 was one of the biggest challenges I have experienced, and coming through it with a high-performing store and strong team felt amazing!

What do you do outside work to unwind? 
I love film & television so you'll often find me at the cinema or researching my newest TV obsession!

How long have you worked for Humly? 
I joined Humly (Previously Eyears) in May 2022 and moved over to the talent success team in Jan 2023.

What is a typical day for you? 
When I get into the office, my first job is to make a cup of tea! Fuel for the day. I will then work through any emails from current applicants, answering them quickly. Then it's working through new applicants, assessing their suitability for work, and booking them in for interviews.

What’s your favourite thing to do outside work? 
Right now, it's planning our wedding! Most weekends are spent looking for suppliers or inspiration! We're particularly looking forward to cake tasting.

Where’s your favourite travel destination? 
Portugal. We have been almost every year since we met (excluding COVID-19) and we fall more in love with it every time!

Tell us something interesting about yourself. 
I have a BA in Media and Communication from Birmingham City University. My dissertation was about Marvel movies.
