Can you describe what you do day-to-day?
I make sure to engage with clients and candidates on a regular basis, clearing up any day to day admin and making sure I am prepared for the week ahead.
What’s the most challenging part of your job, and how do you usually challenge it?
Swings and changes in the market. I find this the most challenging yet rewarding as I have to quickly adapt my way of working and develop new strategies.
From your experiences as a Support Coordinator at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role?
Great communication with clients, candidates, and the rest of the team. The ability to keep the ball rolling whilst always learning, and a strong drive to always deliver the best service possible.
What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Using the skills I learnt in previous roles to integrate into an extremely experienced team. I am proud of being able to contribute previous admin and management experience into my day to day duties.
What do you do outside of work to unwind?
I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. Sometimes I cheat and chill out with my dogs watching movies.
Where is your favourite travel destination?
I love Cornwall because it is a great place to take the dogs and surf.
Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I build computers, code, and develop websites. I used to compete for Hampshire county in high jump, long jump, and swimming.
