What’s the most challenging part of your job and how do you usually tackle it? 
Relying on candidates. As this is out of our control, it can become very frustrating. I over come this by not getting emotionally attached and not taking the dropouts personally.

Good communication skills, Patience, Teamwork skills, Being proactive.

What's one professional Achievement you're most proud of? 
Hitting my highest number of shifts last academic year.

What do you do outside work to unwind? 
Go to the gym / Swimming Spending time with my friends Going to live music events / festivals

Where is your favourite travel destination? 
Greece - beautiful islands and delicious food!
