2. How long have you worked for Humly?
I joined Simply Supply in June 2017 and have worked for Humly since July 2022.

3. Can you describe what you do day-to-day?
- Update and maintain our Educator and Client policies.
- Deal with serious deviations or safeguarding allegations.
- Support and assist ongoing compliance and recruitment queries across the UK.
- Making sure that our services fully align with our Quality Management System.
- Plan and execute new Humly Training Academy courses.

4. What’s the most challenging part of your job, and how do you usually challenge it?

The most challenging part of my role is to make sure that we pass our external audits each year.

During the year we conduct an internal audit on our policies and compliance which ensures that Humly complies with all and new legislation and our compliance regulations.

5. From your experiences as a Quality Compliance Support at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role?
Maintaining positive relationships with clients, educators and internal colleagues.

Providing high level support to cross functional teams, facilitating effective communication and resolving safeguarding issues, deviations and compliance queries effectively in a positive and friendly manner.

6. What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of?
My most recent professional achievement is that I gained an Interior Design Diploma. Although it is not related to my current job, I have a real passion for interior design.

7. What do you do outside of work to unwind?
To unwind at the weekend, I like to either read or go for beauty treatments.

8. Where is your favourite travel destination?
My favourite place that I have been to so far is either New York or Mexico.

9. Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I love everything to do with Interior design. I enjoy exploring new seasonal designs for my home and garden and working with different types of materials.
