What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of? 
Winning Store of the Year withTopshop/Topman (Retail) in my first year in management in my previous role before Humly.This was the highest achievement you could win within the company. When me and my team won this, we had an all-expenses paid trip to Dubai.

How would you describe yourself in 5 words? 
Passionate, positive, loyal, encouraging, confident.

What do you do outside work to unwind? 
I spend most of my time unwinding with my wife Rachel and our two children, Clementine and Louis, enjoying the surroundings of Northumberland. You will often find me at a National Trust or along the North East coastline.

How long have you worked for Humly? 
I have worked for Humly since March 2021(Previously called Exact Education) and I am looking forward to what the future holds.

What is a typical day for you? 
My usual day would be arriving at the office ready for the morning rush which is usually the most fun and most chaotic part of the day in the office however always a good atmosphere I will check over emails, voicemails and respond to any educator messages and get to work on those all important vacancies whether that is day to day or longer term bookings. I will contact my schools throughout the day to checkin to see if they have any requirements or just a general catch-up. I also conduct video interviews with new applicants covering all things compliance and talking them through the Humly portal/app.

What’s your favourite thing to do outside work? 
Spending time with family. I also am a huge football fan. I am a season ticket holder at Newcastle United and whether that's the League, Cup, or Champions League games, I will be there in the Gallow gate end. I also enjoy TV, Film, and Gaming.
