2. How long have you worked for Humly?
I have worked for Humly since April 2023, time flies!
3. Can you describe what you do day-to-day?
My day-to-day differs so much! I always start my day with coffee, emails, following up on some statistics, tasks in Hubspot, and another coffee. The day then continues with meetings with colleagues, customers or onboarding. I create reports for clients. Spend a lot of time in Hubspot, updating content or creating new workflows. Handling deviations and most importantly trying to create and maintain good relationships with our customers.
4. What’s the most challenging part of your job, and how do you usually challenge it?
The most challenging part is to make sure that no customer falls between the cracks.
5. From your experiences as a Costumer Success Manager at Humly, what do you believe are some of the most essential skills or attributes needed to thrive in this role?
Being social, being solution-oriented, and always wanting the best for our customers.
7. What do you do outside of work to unwind?
I'm one of those crazy people who love to watch ASMR videos, I can watch them for hours!
8. Where is your favourite travel destination?
Hands down Namibia and South Africa! Great nature, people, and food!
9. Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I'm bad at names but I can remember a face with no hesitation!
