To keep pace with our growth journey in the UK, we're looking for a Talent Support to join our talent team in Croydon. The main responsibility for this role is welcoming new users – teachers, nursery nurses, and support staff – into the Humly marketplace.
And it gives you the opportunity to play a key role in improving the educational experience for children in your area and throughout the UK.
Your role in the Humly revolution
As talent support you play a crucial role within the Talent team. Your main responsibility is to help, support and welcome new educators into the marketplace. To deliver high service in all interactions is key in the talent support role. You need to be detail oriented and also efficient around administration to ensure we keep a good speed with high quality in the recruitment and onboarding process.Responsibilities
•Ensure that the talent specialists have everything they need to complete the onboarding process, picking up any admin around that.
•Make sure we recruit & onboard high quality educators into the marketplace.
•Make sure all educators' first impression of Humly is excellent, service minded and a big interest in helping educators to their next opportunity through Humly.
•Ensure that every candidate is fully vetted and compliant for work
•Follow and support candidates both from an employer perspective and a continued professional development (CPD) and coaching perspective
•KPIs: #Booked interviews, #cleared for work, #first jobs
•Be a teamplayer, always make sure to share learning, support the team and ensure we reach our team targets.
•Work according to the Humly way of working and share ideas, problems and learnings within the team.
•Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualities:
•Understanding or experience with SEND, either personally or in a professional setting
•Experience in the education or recruitment sectors
•Good Administrator, eye for detail, organized, good communicator
•Full UK driving licence is preferred, the ability to commute daily to our London office is required.
