Position: Junior Consultant
As our Junior Consultant, you epitomize first-class service. Your pivotal role ensures the continuous flow of communication via phone, email, and our marketplace during operational hours. Being the first line of support, you are the go-to person for our educators and clients for any inquiries they may have, ensuring a seamless interaction with our platform.
You will report directly to the Regional Manager, becoming an integral part of this ambitious journey.
- Ensure the availability and responsiveness of email, phone, and Humly’s marketplace channels during operational hours.
- Provide first-line support addressing inquiries from our clients, educators, and external contacts.
- Champion the delivery of excellent service to both clients and educators, exceeding their expectations.
- Expedite the matching process for urgent and short-term job opportunities on our marketplace.
- Embrace teamwork, continually striving to make a positive impact on the team’s KPIs.
- Maintain a keen eye on administrative tasks, such as managing PO numbers.
- Educate clients and educators on the effective use of our app, enhancing their user experience.
