Job description 

History Teacher or History Graduate. Humly are working with a ‘good’ large Portsmouth school who require a History teacher for the new term. This is a full-time contract with full teaching responsibilities. Paid to scale.

We are seeking a committed and creative History Teacher who is available for a long-term contract within the Portsmouth area. The school is seeking to appoint a new member of staff into the humanities department. Humly regularly receive requests for humanities Teachers and across the region within state and independent schools for both long term contracts and permanent positions we are therefore very keen to chat to anyone with a Geography, History, RE, Citizenship or Sociology focus. 

In recruiting for the Geography Teacher role we are seeking the following from applicants:

 A degree History or associated subject

 A commitment to our school improvement process

 High standards of professionalism

 Record of quality teaching
