Job description 

Humly are delighted to be working in partnership with a specialist secondary school for boys with identified social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs in Southampton, who have an opportunity for a well-qualified, effective and enthusiastic Maths specialist to join their team.

You will teach maths, as well as lead their numeracy strategy across the school, so this role offers the opportunity to work across all phases in the academy to have a real impact in developing our learners’ love of all things numeracy.

This role is ideal for a middle or aspiring senior leader looking to further develop their career and next steps and the leadership responsibility / salary will reflect your experience and the attributes you can bring to the role.

Requirements of working as a Numeracy / Maths Lead:
