Humly are working with a lovely, well established nursery in  Fleet which is part of a family owned group of day nurseries with a  GOOD Ofsted rating. 

We are seeking a Room Leader who ensures their room is Ofsted ready and has a good knowledge of working with key children.

Requirements of working as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Have a Level 3/5 or 6/ QTS certificate in childcare
• Room Leader experience is preferred but not essential  
• Ensure you and your team have up to date understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• You and your team are excellent role models to children, parents and colleagues.
• Be able to plan and prepare exciting and challenging activities for key children 
• Excellent paperwork, learning journeys, Tapestry and completing reports.  
• Adhering to GDPR, safeguarding and childcare policies and procedures  
• Reporting and working closely with Deputy Manager
