Humly are currently seeking a exceptional and experienced Nursery Manager to work in a small friendly team in Bentley, North Hampshire. 

The NURSERY are looking for someone who is an experienced with the leadership of running a small and friendly setting. The role of the Nursery Manager is to assist the Area Manager to ensure that all children have the highest standards of care and education.

Requirements of working as an Nursery Manager:

      • L3 or above Early Years qualification 
      • Understanding of EYFS and Ofsted 
      • Experience of leadership 
      • Committed to obtaining further qualifications & training 
      • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection 
      • Good knowledge of play-led approaches 
      • Effective and committed to working with children & families
