Job description 

Humly are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Southampton for a nursery who are invested in their team members through excellent learning and development opportunities.  You must be passionate about childcare and education with a willingness to thrive through essential personal development.

Requirements of working as an Room Leader:

      • Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing of children
      • Assist senior staff with the implementing EYFS curriculum
      • Working alongside senior staff and other professionals  
      • Providing the highest standards of childcare 
      • Supporting the development of strong partnerships with parents and carers  
      • Promoting positive relationships with children and their families.
