Job description 

Humly are currently seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner in Southampton for a nursery who are invested in their team members through excellent learning and development opportunities.  You must be passionate about childcare and education with a willingness to thrive through essential personal development.

Requirements of working as an Room Leader:

      • Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing of children
      • Assist Room Leader with the implementing EYFS curriculum
      • Working alongside Room Leader to support other professionals  
      • Providing the highest standards of childcare 
      • Supporting the development of strong partnerships with parents  and carers  
      • Ensuring the nutritional needs of children are met 
      • Working with key person procedures and promoting positive relationships with children and their families.
