Job description 

Humly are currently seeking an energetic SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEN school in the Southampton area.

The school are looking for someone who can engage in activities with the children, and ensure they receive a high standard of care in a stimulating and happy environment.

Requirements of working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant:

  • an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a good level of education
  • at least 6 months experience of working in either an education, childcare or care setting
  • we are seeking those ideally with classroom experience and those who are confident with SEN
  • empathy towards neurodiversity and students with various levels of physical ability
