This role is based in either our office in Birmingham or Manchester. You will be employed by our affiliated company Eyears.

The Opportunity

For this diverse and varied role, we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service, networking, and communication skills. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. Key duties include working with Education & Early Years clients to develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.

We have roles available for Graduate Consultants and more experienced Recruitment Consultants in both of our offices. Due to natural growth, the divisions we are recruiting for are already established, meaning there is fantastic potential to earn incredible, uncapped bonuses immediately. Coupled with lots of future expansion plans and opportunities along the way, we really are a company on the up!

Our Senior Management Team is made up of a variety of talent, from Graduate Consultants who have progressed upward, to Consultants who had zero recruitment experience! We also have apprentices who have now become Senior Consultants.
